About the role
The Movado Company Store is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a part-time Keyholder at the Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and assist staff in achieving and exceeding goals
- Open and close the store, assisting with inventory management and other tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Develop a complete knowledge of the merchandise
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment
- Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and proper display
- Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed
Requirements
- Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous management experience strongly preferred
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met
