About the role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part-Time Keyholder of our store located at Allen Premium Outlet in Allen, TX.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, open and close the store, assist staff in reaching and exceeding goals
- Assist sales associates in providing customer service to support sales growth
- Assist with inventory management and other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty and/or luxury retail
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous management experience strongly preferred
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met (Flexible Schedule)
