Open Lab Coordinator, School of Nursing

Typical Duties

• Plan a skill to review each week, which includes an instructional sheet and supplemental information.
• Ensure coverage in the lab during open hours.
• Accommodate student requests for learning.
• Set up the skill at the beginning of each week.
• Keep statistics on the utilization data for the lab.

Requirements

• Skills in critical thinking, problem solving judgment and organization.
• Demonstrate creative leadership practices.
• Possess excellent management skills with a collaborative attitude.
• A registered nursing license in Tennessee.
