Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote sales of audio-visual products and services.
  • Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment in client settings.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute AV projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of audio-visual solutions.
  • Assist in the drafting and detailing of audio-visual plans and specifications.
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks for audio-visual systems.
  • Support field engineers with troubleshooting and installation tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in audio-visual sales, installation, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AV equipment and systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for transforming spaces through technology.
