About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote Continua’s products and services.
• Present Continua’s audio-visual solutions to potential clients and assist in the sales process.
• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment in client locations.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and timeline.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of Continua’s audio-visual solutions.
• Assist in the design and development of audio-visual systems for new projects.
• Participate in quarterly All Company Meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with audio-visual equipment and systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
