About the role
SA Hospitality Group is seeking culinary talent passionate about hospitality, with a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and ready to thrive in a dynamic work environment. The company is looking for strong back-of-house individuals who are open to working at any of their restaurant locations across their 3 brands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food preparation standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Support the Sous Chef and Line Cooks in the kitchen
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen roles
- Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Pay
- Executive Chef: $100-$150k
- Chef de Cuisine: $80-$100k
- Sous Chef: $70-$90k
- Line Cook: $17-$27/hr
- Prep Cook: $17-$20/hr
- Salad Cook: $17-$23/hr
- Pastry Cook: $17-$24/hr
- Dishwasher: $17-$18/hr
