About the role

SA Hospitality Group is seeking culinary talent passionate about hospitality, with a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and ready to thrive in a dynamic work environment. The company is looking for strong back-of-house individuals who are open to working at any of their restaurant locations across their 3 brands.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food preparation standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Support the Sous Chef and Line Cooks in the kitchen
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen roles
  • Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Pay

  • Executive Chef: $100-$150k
  • Chef de Cuisine: $80-$100k
  • Sous Chef: $70-$90k
  • Line Cook: $17-$27/hr
  • Prep Cook: $17-$20/hr
  • Salad Cook: $17-$23/hr
  • Pastry Cook: $17-$24/hr
  • Dishwasher: $17-$18/hr

Schedule

  • In-Person Open Call: Tuesday, July 21st from 2:30pm – 4pm
  • Location: Casa Lever, 390 Park Ave at E 53rd St, New York, NY 10022
