About the role
SA Hospitality Group is seeking culinary talent passionate about hospitality, with a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and ready to work in a dynamic environment. The company is expanding its iconic New York City neighborhoods with its three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice, with 24 restaurant locations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes under the guidance of executive chefs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and food quality.
- Adapt to different restaurant locations and roles as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a variety of kitchen positions such as line cook, prep cook, salad cook, pastry cook, and dishwasher.
Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.

Pay
- Executive Chef: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
- Chef de Cuisine: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
- Sous Chef: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
- Line Cook: $17 - $27 per hour.
- Prep Cook: $17 - $20 per hour.
- Salad Cook: $17 - $23 per hour.
- Pastry Cook: $17 - $24 per hour.
- Dishwasher: $17 - $18 per hour.
Schedule
- Open Call: Tuesday, July 21st from 2:30pm – 4pm.
- Location: Felice Columbus, 240 Columbus Ave, New York, NY 10023.
