About the role

We’re the Austin-based burger place where “Quality is Everything!” Since 2007, Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes exclusively serves with freshest ingredients available with a side of Texas Hospitality. Now Hiring: LINE COOKS, PREP / SALAD COOKS, FRY COOKS & GRILL COOKS.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests through the preparation of menu items
• Work closely with fellow team members and managers to ensure each guest receives the highest quality products and service
• Operate with a friendly, professional manner

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position preferred

Pay

You will be paid a base rate plus tip share. Team members typically average $18+ per hour so we've advertised an estimated take home pay range. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed.
