About the role
SA Hospitality Group is seeking culinary talent passionate about hospitality, with a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and ready to work in a dynamic environment. The company is expanding its iconic New York City neighborhoods with its three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice, with 24 restaurant locations across Manhattan, Southampton, NY, East Hampton, NY, Aspen, CO, Milan, Italy, and Palm Beach, FL.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety and quality
- Manage inventory and maintain kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance dining experiences
- Adapt to different restaurant locations and roles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay
- Executive Chef: $100,000 - $150,000
- Chef de Cuisine: $80,000 - $100,000
- Sous Chef: $70,000 - $90,000
- Line Cook: $17 - $27/hr
- Prep Cook: $17 - $20/hr
- Salad Cook: $17 - $23/hr
- Pastry Cook: $17 - $24/hr
- Dishwasher: $17 - $18/hr

- Open Call: Tuesday, July 21st from 2:30pm – 5:30pm
