Role Summary

The Onsite Tower Lead for SAP Central Finance is responsible for overseeing end to end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Corporate/Finance tower, ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, oversee triage, impact/urgency validation, root cause analysis, and prioritization of Finance related tickets.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4HANA exposure
• Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling
• Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, month end close, reconciliations, and cross module integrations
• Hands on experience with incident, problem, and change management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText VIM, Treasury, or other connected systems
• Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles
