Onsite-System Administrator-(Intune/MDM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local IT resource for the Mineola office, delivering hands-on troubleshooting and systems support for all onsite staff.
• Act as the dedicated technical lead for rolling out and managing enterprise endpoint management solutions globally.
• Set up, configure, and seamlessly maintain a diverse fleet of hardware encompassing both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Manage user identity, access permissions, and secure employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Serve as the onsite escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating closely with a distributed international tier-one helpdesk team.
• Maintain local network infrastructure, including basic troubleshooting for LAN, WiFi, routers, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure all local endpoints strictly adhere to rigorous corporate security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar end-user technology support capacity.
• Deep, proven expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune. Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra Identity management and access troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with a highly service-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, five days a week. Willingness to successfully pass a mandatory comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment.
