Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users' hardware and software needs.
- Project-based support, including routine, technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop, and network systems.
- Resolve hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
- Install, configure, and update end-user desktop and laptop software.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform telecom moves, adds, and changes for end-users.
- Identify and resolve problems using knowledge transfer forums.
- Contribute to all desktop or telecom support phases, including coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolution.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of end-user hardware and software needs.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical problems.
- Ability to act as a liaison between customers and technical teams.
- Skills in installing, configuring, and updating software.
- Experience with telecom moves, adds, and changes.
- Knowledge of knowledge transfer forums and problem-solving techniques.
