Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Led daily reports management
• Managed KPIs
• Managed weekly time clock and attendance
• Processed payroll daily
• Conducted daily walk-throughs
• Conducted safety observations
• Worked with supervisors/managers to troubleshoot and shift associates
• Solved associate needs as necessary
• Attended meetings with management as needed

Requirements

• Experience staffing in a lite industrial setting
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred

Qualifications

• Onsite supervisor experience a plus
• Recruiting experience for a production facility required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Strong supervisory experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus

Pay

Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000+ annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

8am-5pm M-F (flexibility needed based on client need)
