Onsite Managing Recruiter

Surestaff is hiring internally for Onsite Managing Recruiters who will be staffing for a customer in York, PA. The Onsite Managing Recruiter has multiple responsibilities. Primarily, the OMR is responsible for overall account management & performance. This includes the supervision of the team assembled to service the client. The OMR will act as an extension of the client’s Human Resource department as well as the liaison to the client’s end-users of contingent labor. The OMR must have the ability to effectively communicate to candidates, employees, and client contacts. The OMR is responsible for prioritizing requisitions, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring key performance indicators. Other responsibilities may include client-specific reporting, onboarding/orientation and site-specific training. This is a salaried role with a starting salary range of $53,000-$63,000+, based on experience. Commission and/or bonus opportunities available!
