The On-Site Sales Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the sales gallery, providing essential administrative, operational, and sales support to the development team and on-site sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the sales gallery while supporting all aspects of the sales and marketing process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sales and inventory databases.
- Prepare reports and manage schedules.
- Coordinate communications among project stakeholders.
- Support lead and transaction tracking.
- Facilitate a seamless sales experience by managing inquiries and preparing sales and marketing materials.
- Maintain listing platforms and ensure the functionality of all office technology.
- Coordinate documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service as a central point of contact for the project team.
- Oversee office and marketing inventory.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Ensure the sales gallery and model residences consistently reflect the highest standards of presentation.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to support events hosted by the development team and Corcoran Sunshine, including coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with guest list administration.
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a customer-focused business environment with administrative responsibilities.
- New York State Real Estate Salesperson License required.
- Strong interest in luxury real estate, marketing, architecture, and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
