About the role

The Tri-State Showroom Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in driving sales opportunities and increasing sales across Schumacher North America's Tri-State sales territories. Key responsibilities include daily outreach to clients, building an effective sales outreach strategy, assisting representatives with project shopping, scheming, and sampling, and maintaining communication with clients to keep Schumacher top of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Daily outreach (phone calls, emails, etc) to clients to generate sales funnel momentum for the Tri-State sales team.
  • In partnership with the Account Executive and Showroom Sales Representatives, build an effective sales outreach strategy to ensure that client outreach is impactful and translates to sales success.
  • Absorb and assist representatives with project shopping, scheming & sampling.
  • Generate high potential leads based on current social media and trends.
  • Creatively maintain communication with clients to keep Schumacher top of mind.
  • Establish rapport with prospective clients to build trust and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Communicate and collaborate daily with sales team members covering our Tri-State Sales territories to help identify opportunities for client follow-up and sales conversion within each sales territory.
  • Real-time ideation, communication, and collaboration to determine where to focus efforts that will generate sales funnel momentum.
  • Navigate Schumacher and Patterson Flynn’s internal sales platforms expertly and ensure that sales activity (outreach, calls, leads, etc) is logged efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and interpret sales funnel data to identify Regional and Territory sales opportunities and insights that will lead to sales.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is outgoing and personable, organized, entrepreneurial, resilient, determined, collaborative, and passionate about design.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of interior design and textiles is beneficial.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships.
