Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary field interface for utility coordination, execution alignment, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
- Oversee substation integration, high-voltage interconnections, energization sequencing, and permanent power transitions.
- Lead readiness validation, turnover coordination, and startup activities for energized systems.
- Cook outages, tie-ins, live power activities, and operational constraints while driving risk mitigation and execution discipline.
- Validate installation progress, system readiness, and field execution quality during critical project phases.
- Cook across construction, commissioning, controls, startup, utility, and operations teams to maintain execution continuity.
- Reinforce power delivery standards, energization discipline, and accountability across project teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop onsite power delivery personnel while building future field leadership capability.
- Support SME priorities and continuous improvement initiatives onsite.

Onsite Expectations
- Maintain a heavy daily field presence during utility coordination, substation execution, energization, startup, and turnover activities.
- Lead onsite utility meetings, readiness reviews, and energization planning discussions.
- Engage directly with field teams to validate readiness, installation progress, and operational constraints.
- Participate directly in critical outage, startup, tie-in, and live power activities.
Qualifications
- Hiring Range in USD: $126,200 - $264,100 per year.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
