Lead Principal Onsite Power Delivery Manager - Port Washington, WI

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned utility power delivery and energization scopes onsite
• Serve as the primary field interface for utility coordination, execution alignment, milestone tracking, and issue escalation
• Oversee substation integration, high-voltage interconnections, energization sequencing, and permanent power transitions
• Lead readiness validation, turnover coordination, and startup activities for energized systems
• Cook outages, tie-ins, live power activities, and operational constraints while driving risk mitigation and execution discipline
• Validate installation progress, system readiness, and field execution quality during critical project phases
• Cook across construction, commissioning, controls, startup, utility, and operations teams to maintain execution continuity
• Reinforce power delivery standards, energization discipline, and accountability across project teams
• Coach, mentor, and develop onsite power delivery personnel while building future field leadership capability
• Support SME priorities and continuous improvement initiatives onsite

Onsite Expectations

• Maintain a heavy daily field presence during utility coordination, substation execution, energization, startup, and turnover activities
• Lead onsite utility meetings, readiness reviews, and energization planning discussions
• Engage directly with field teams to validate readiness, installation progress, and operational constraints
• Participate directly in critical outage, startup, tie-in, and live power activities

Qualifications

• Hiring Range in USD: $126,200 - $264,100 per year
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral
