Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day
- Assist patients, physicians, referring provider offices, and business partners
- Answer general questions and connect callers with the appropriate department
- Monitor email and respond to requests throughout the day
- Work closely with teammates across multiple departments
- Protect confidential patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Provide friendly, professional service on every interaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service, administrative support, receptionist, call center, or phone-based experience
- Comfortable handling a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Preferred: Experience using a multi-line phone system or switchboard, Medical terminology or healthcare experience (helpful but not required)
Pay & Benefits
- New employees can expect to earn $20.18-$24.01 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Location
This is a fully onsite position located at our Administrative Office in Downtown Tacoma, Washington. We believe the collaborative nature of this role is best supported by working together in person. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our Tacoma office Monday through Friday.
