Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry & analysis to maintain all corporate file records.
  • Sort mail and distribute to corresponding departments.
  • Answer doors and phones, providing professional customer service.
  • Maintain a secure space, check in visitors and vendors, and escort vendors when needed.
  • Filing important paperwork and assisting with the hiring process.
  • Call potential new hires based on resumes provided, schedule interviews, and handle drug testing.
  • Assist with the billing process and payroll when necessary.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with computers: Excel is a must.
  • Ability to collect and organize information is required.

Qualifications

  • Must hold US citizenship.

Pay
