Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry & analysis to maintain all corporate file records.
- Sort mail and distribute to corresponding departments.
- Answer doors and phones, providing professional customer service.
- Maintain a secure space, check in visitors and vendors, and escort vendors when needed.
- Filing important paperwork and assisting with the hiring process.
- Call potential new hires based on resumes provided, schedule interviews, and handle drug testing.
- Assist with the billing process and payroll when necessary.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of general office procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with computers: Excel is a must.
- Ability to collect and organize information is required.
Qualifications
- Must hold US citizenship.
