Job Summary

About the role

The Fillmore in Philadelphia is seeking an Onsite Marketing Representative to join our team. This role reports to the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams and collaborates with various departments to enhance onsite marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
  • Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
  • Maintain a professional presence by monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
  • Work with the house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
  • Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, Sponsorship, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
  • Absorb general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
  • Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
