Onsite Logistics Material Handler I - Construction

About the Role

This Onsite Material Handler I position within our logistics department in El Paso, TX supports site logistics and material handling, including receiving shipments, managing and controlling tools, assemblies, and materials on an assigned jobsite. The role ensures all materials and tools are placed at the point of install for the assigned construction project. This is an entry-level position with great potential for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools in an efficient and timely manner.
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown areas, etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions.
• Help maintain accurate site inventory.
• Clean and maintain the jobsite.
• Learn the FTI culture and processes.
• Develop operating skills by completing online training and hands-on training to get certified.
• Learn and use proper spotting techniques to assist with material moves onsite.
• Consistently follow workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Schedule

This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
