Onsite Logistics Material Handler I - Construction

About the role

The Onsite Material Handler I within our logistics department, in Beaver Dam, WI, supports site logistics and material handling, receives shipments, manages and controls tools, assemblies, and materials on an assigned jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools in an efficient and timely manner
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown, etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions
• Help maintain accurate site inventory
• Cleans and maintains jobsite
• Learn the FTI culture and processes
• Develop operating skills by completing online training and hands-on training to get certified
• Practicing when applicable
• Learn and use proper spotting techniques to assist with material moves onsite
• Consistently follows workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Education - HS Diploma or GED
• Experience - 0-2 years of related experience
• Travel: up to 100%
• Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
