About the role
The Onsite Material Handler within our logistics department supports site logistics and material handling, receives shipments, manages and controls tools, assemblies, and materials on an assigned jobsite. This position ensures materials and tools are placed at the point of install for the assigned construction project.
Responsibilities
- Provide material handling support to assigned areas of the assigned job site.
- Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools efficiently and timely to the point of use on our jobsites.
- Organize material storage (Conex, laydown yard, cages, racks, etc.).
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
- Process various paperwork (routing slips, tool transfers, material transfers, return forms, etc.) on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate inventory under the direction of Logistics Leadership.
- Clean and maintain job site, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Identify, correct, and report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
- Work independently without direct supervision.
- Collaborate as a member of a cohesive team.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 0-3 years of related experience

Schedule
This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
