Onsite Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing daily community operations and maintenance schedules
• Serving as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the management company
• Organizing community events and meetings to enhance resident engagement
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for the Board of Directors
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and governing documents

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community or property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HOA and condominium association operations preferred
• Professional certifications such as CMCA or AMS are desirable
