Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of daily operations, leasing, and maintenance
- Ensuring fast and efficient unit turnovers for maximum occupancy
- Handling rent collection, deposits, and financial performance
- Enforcing community policies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations-including Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance
- Maintaining excellent resident relations and team morale
- Oversight of vendors, service contracts, and property inspections
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing large apartment communities
- Strong LIHTC/Tax Credit Compliance background
- Experience using property management software (OneSite preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
