Onsite Branch Supervisor (Lahaina)

About the role

The Onsite Branch Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of the Hertz product to internal and external customers. This position provides overall leadership to all employees with responsibility for operating performance, customer satisfaction, a positive employee culture, safety, service, budgets, and vendor relations. The role requires in‑depth knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology, and financial disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee the Hertz product to internal and external customers.
• Lead all branch employees, driving operating performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive employee culture, safety, and service standards.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology, and financial disciplines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Previous management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25.25 plus commission.
Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 (paid as $500 at 60 days and $500 at 90 days of employment).
