Onsite Supervisor

Pay & Schedule

$24.50 per hour, paid weekly, plus a quarterly bonus. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Reports to the Branch Manager. Onsite in Denton, TX.

Responsibilities

You are Midway at the client site. When a supervisor on the floor needs 12 people by Thursday, they call you. When a new associate is nervous on their first shift, you are the one who walks them in. It is fast, people‑heavy, and you’ll solve a different puzzle every hour.

• Own the relationship with the client and every associate on the floor
• Recruit, screen resumes, and run phone and in‑person interviews
• Run onboarding from background checks through new‑hire paperwork
• Handle first‑day logistics so new hires actually stick
• Process and approve timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
• Check in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
• Represent Midway at job fairs and community hiring events

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish (non‑negotiable — used daily)
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (staffing agency experience a big plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field nice to have, not required
• Build rapport quickly with everyone from plant managers to first‑day associates
• Juggle multiple priorities, hard deadlines, and moving parts
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; prior ATS experience required
• Self‑starter — no one hands you a checklist every morning
