About the role
The Meridian Community Association in Queen Creek oversees the Meridian master-planned community, a large residential neighborhood designed around an active, family-friendly lifestyle with extensive open space, parks, trails, a community pool, splash pad, and other outdoor amenities. The Onsite Administrative Assistant supports the Onsite Community Manager and residents at an on-site property, delivering daily customer service to homeowners, HOA board members, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide spectrum of administrative duties essential to enforcing community Covenants, Compliance & Regulations (CC&Rs).
- Provide administrative support and other tasks as directed to the Onsite Community Manager and staff.
- Develop working relationships with community board members and homeowners.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and problem resolution via phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain calendars, appointments, correspondence, and database information.
- Arrange meetings, including scheduling and notifying involved parties.
- Assist with community inspections of common areas per the management contract.
- Work with vendors to provide direction and collect bids as directed by the manager.
- Perform general accounting duties, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice coding, and billing.
- Maintain accurate and current association records.
- Perform other duties as directed by management staff.

- Proficiency with computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.

- Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Primarily sitting at a workstation utilizing a computer in an office setting.
- Walking or driving through the community to assist in inspections of common areas.
- Assisting with setup and breakdown for events and meetings as needed.
