Online Training Specialist

About the role

The Online Training Specialist will work closely with the Youth Initiatives Coordinator to develop and implement online training curriculum for the Texas E-Cigarette and Tobacco Awareness Program (ETAP) and the Youth School Safety (YSS) Program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online training curriculum for ETAP and YSS Programs
• Research, develop, and maintain training curriculum
• Provide technical assistance
• Aid in the development and maintenance of a Youth School Safety Learning Portal
• Develop training modules tailored for youth, educators, administrators, additional school personnel, and parent and community-based organizations
• Exercise considerable independent judgment, initiative, and action within the program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, social sciences, or related field
