About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As an Online Personal Shopper, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring guests receive fresh, high-quality groceries.
Responsibilities
- Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, adhering to notes and preferences.
- Organize and stage orders efficiently, prioritizing quality and freshness.
- Offer thoughtful substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
- Greet guests with a smile, retrieving and loading their orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
- Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
- Support your team by stepping in for additional roles as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A friendly and helpful attitude towards guest service.
- Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
- The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout the shift.
- A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
- Bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.
Work Schedule
This full-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling, including morning shifts, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
