Online Shopper (Part-Time)

About the role

As an Online Personal Shopper for Festival Foods’ Click N Go experience, you’ll ensure guests receive the freshest, highest‑quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. You’ll work independently, make someone’s day easier, and provide top‑tier service while maintaining a clean online grocery area.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for online grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top‑tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized online grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in‑store and online.
• Support the team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and give adequate notice for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• Valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Pay

Hourly associates are paid weekly. Part‑time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

Part‑time position (less than 28 hours per week). Schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with one required weekend shift per week. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
