Online Shopper (Part-Time)

Join our Festival Foods team as an Online Personal Shopper! This part-time role is needed starting at 7am on weekends. If you're looking for a flexible and engaging position in retail, this is a great opportunity to play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. Enjoy working independently while making someone’s day a little easier.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do!
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.
