Online Shopper

About the role

Jerry’s seeks a part-time individual to join the Online Shopper team. This position offers a store discount, employee assistance programs, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Ensure customers receive the best produce, meat, and dairy products available
• Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (up to 50 lbs)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Requirements

• Willingness to be friendly and outgoing, promoting customer service for the entire team
• Knowledge of timelines, coordination, and enjoyment of technology
• Motivation to grow career and continue learning

Pay

Up to $14.00 / hour, based on experience

Schedule

Sunday – Saturday, to include varied hours

Position functions and physical requirements

• Frequent: Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs., reaching, standing, and turning
• Occasional: Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., squatting, stooping/bending, and walking
• Equipment Operation: Scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine
• Mental: Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, and math

Environmental

• Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
