Online Shopper

About the role

Location: Cub Foods Monticello. Reports to: Online Shopper Lead / Head CSM. Classification: Part Time. Union position.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available
• Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (may be some heavy lifting‑up to 50lbs)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Requirements

Physical demands (frequent): lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 20 lb force, reaching, standing, turning. Occasional: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, squatting, stooping/bending, walking; exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces. Equipment operation includes scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, calculator; mental skills: judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math.

Pay

Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours.
