Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,400 through $53,200. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
Purpose of Position
The Online Enrollment Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students interested in UTA Online programs, providing timely, accurate, and student-centered guidance throughout the enrollment process. This role manages an active caseload of prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, text, and CRM tools, and supporting individuals from initial inquiry through application and admission. The Online Enrollment Advisor delivers accurate information about online programs and admissions requirements, applies a consultative approach to help students identify appropriate academic pathways, and maintains detailed records in Slate CRM. The position collaborates closely with student success, academic, and marketing partners, operates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and ensures full compliance with FERPA, university policies, and data-security standards while contributing to institutional enrollment goals.
Essential Functions
- Respond promptly to prospective-student inquiries using phone, email, text, and CRM tools in accordance with service-level standards.
- Manage an active caseload of prospective students and guide them from inquiry through application and admission.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding online programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment timelines.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document communications, manage follow-up tasks, and maintain accurate student records.
- Apply a consultative, student-centered approach to assist students in identifying appropriate academic programs.
- Collaborate with student success, academic, and marketing partners to ensure a seamless enrollment experience and effective handoffs.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies to support enrollment goals and improve conversion.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA, university policies, and data-security standards in all interactions and recordkeeping.
- Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives to remain current on programs, policies, and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Communications or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in enrollment services, admissions, call-center operations, or high-volume customer engagement OR six years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher-education enrollment, student recruitment, or academic advising.
- Experience with Slate CRM (or a similar CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual communication tools.
- Familiarity with online program environments and digital communication workflows.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am through 2:00pm
Requires occasional evening or weekend hours.
Staggered shifts to ensure coverage across all operating hours.
Working Conditions
Uses standard office equipment.
