Position Summary

The Enrollment Advisor will develop relationships with intern candidates, assisting with the enrollment process and troubleshooting issues while encouraging optimism and determination on their path toward success. This position will support candidates from multiple states and will be required to learn certification requirements for all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates via telephone, email, or live chat to build rapport and assist with the initial portion of the application process.
• Uses sales techniques to capture candidate attention, highlighting program features and benefits, and encourages candidates to move through the enrollment process.
• Demonstrates proficiency in program knowledge and explains how the program works to prospective and current candidates.
• Determines candidates’ certification goals and assesses whether the program can help meet those goals.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and a positive attitude, and assists team members as needed.
• Manages day‑to‑day tasks related to supporting and tracking potential and current candidates’ progress to enrollment.
• Documents policies, procedures, and communications with candidates in their accounts.
• Reviews accounts to ensure clear and updated information is provided to candidates.
• Works closely with the back‑office/fulfillment team to communicate transcript needs and requirements.
• Presents, promotes, and sells the Teachers of Tomorrow program using supported value‑proposition statements.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
• Contacts new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
• Exhibits strong customer‑service skills, listening to concerns and addressing needs.
• Acts in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity.
• Two or more years of experience in a heavy customer‑service or sales‑oriented position.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey product benefits to potential customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

Hybrid or remote work schedule; preferred candidates located in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, or New Mexico.
