About the role
Noodle is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales experience. Project management experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, grit, drive, and persistence, along with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand prospective students' needs using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Engage in outreach to prospective students via phone, text, and email, following expected cadence.
- Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progression.
- Clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators, both to individual prospects and larger audiences during virtual and in-person events.
- Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit, ensuring they receive accurate and ethical advice that is consistent with the university's defined policies and procedures.
- Lead with integrity and credibility, acting in the best interest of the university partner and their prospective students.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Based in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (and possibly graduate experience!)
- Project management experience preferred but not required.
