About the role
We are seeking an Online | Client Support & Travel Booking position in Atlanta, Georgia. This role may be remote.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues related to travel bookings and support services.
- Handle escalated issues and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
