About the role

We are seeking an Online | Client Support & Travel Booking position in Atlanta, Georgia. This role may be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues related to travel bookings and support services.
  • Handle escalated issues and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
