Oncology Service Line Administrator
About the Role
Direct the successful development, implementation, and growth of the oncology service line to achieve high-quality outcomes, cost-effective performance, and increased volume and market share. Serve as an administrative liaison for oncology services activities, projects, and programs.
Work closely with executive leadership, financial planning, and key medical leadership to address technology needs, identify revenue and reimbursement opportunities, and control overall costs across all areas.
Plan, organize, control, direct, and staff department resources—including workforce, materials, technology, information, and finances—to deliver quality care. Represent the health system in all department-related activities and maintain active communication among medical staff, interdepartmental directors, and staff.
Collaborate and participate actively with the Ambulatory leadership team and related division initiatives.
