Oncology Concierge Pharmacy Technician

About the role

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Concierge Technician to join their dedicated team in Woodridge, IL. This is a full-time position with remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments
• Phone support - Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments
• Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices
• Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services
• Coordinate HUB enrollment opportunities and research pending patients for updates
• Verify on-label status and perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes & Concierge Service
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law)
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

Qualifications

• PREFERRED: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB), 3+ years pharmacy experience, Specialty pharmacy experience

Pay

$24.00/hr and up, Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31st, 2026

Schedule

Monday–Friday, shifts varying from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, some shifts include Saturdays
