Onboarding Specialist- up to 70k!

Our client, a SaaS organization in Philadelphia, is seeking a hybrid Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves managing the onboarding experience for clients while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

About the Role

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for nonprofit and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to support team priorities and client initiatives
• Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Maintain proactive communication with customers through regular outreach and follow-up
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and support additional service offerings
• Track onboarding progress, customer activity, and pipeline opportunities within internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and ensure successful onboarding outcomes
• Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
• Support team initiatives and assist with additional projects as business needs evolve

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Experience identifying upsell opportunities or expanding existing client relationships is highly preferred
• Highly independent and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex processes and support clients across multiple service offerings
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and CRM/customer engagement platforms required
• Experience within SaaS, technology, professional services, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, compliance, or related industries is a plus

Pay

This is a contract-to-hire hybrid position, paying up to $70,000 annually if permanent.

Schedule

Requires an onsite presence one day a week.
