Onboarding Specialist
Locations: Racine, WI & Milwaukee, WI (Must be able to travel between both offices and client homes)

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Classroom Training: Lead engaging orientation sessions for new hires and create custom PowerPoint presentations for onboarding and ongoing training modules.
- Skill Advancement ("Level Up" Classes): Conduct specialized training sessions, including:
- Senior Gems® Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
- Hoyer Lift & Transfer Techniques
- CPR Certification & Safety Protocols
- Field & Shadow Training: Conduct hands-on shadow training in client homes, providing warm introductions between caregivers and seniors to ensure a smooth transition.
- Shift Support: Step in to fill caregiving shifts in the field across all levels of care when urgent coverage is needed.
Requirements
- Caregiver Experience: Proven hands-on experience in senior care or home health (experience across all levels of care required).
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly between our Racine and Milwaukee office locations, as well as to client homes across the region.
- Vehicle & License: Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, comfort speaking in front of small groups, and basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Email).
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide direct caregiving in the field on an as-needed basis.
