Responsibilities
- Cook up end-to-end onboarding activities to make sure employees finish necessary documents, screenings, and pre-start tasks on time.
- Keep employee data sharp in HRIS platforms and fix record issues with extreme care.
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other teams to give a smooth and organized onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process paperwork for new hires while making sure we stick to company rules and regulations, especially HIPAA stuff if it applies.
- Answer employee questions about onboarding, policies, and HR stuff in a thorough and quick way.
- Watch onboarding progress, track unfinished things, and check in with people to keep start dates on track.
- Support employee relations by passing along tricky issues and keeping everyone in the loop during onboarding.
- Help out with HR stuff like updating workflows or changing systems, as needed.
Requirements
- Got a good handle on HR administration and know how to coordinate onboarding.
- Can work with HRIS systems and keep employee data spot-on.
- Knows employee relations and can handle sensitive situations with class.
- Understands HIPAA-regulated environments and knows how to handle confidential info.
- Has killer organizational skills to juggle lots of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Speaks clearly and writes well to talk to employees, managers, and other HR folks.
- Has a keen eye for details and loves accuracy in docs and data entry.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in HR administration with a strong background in onboarding coordination.
- Hands-on proficiency with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee data accurately.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and confidence handling sensitive situations with discretion.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments and an understanding of confidential information management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and internal HR partners.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.
