New Client Onboarding Associate
This role serves new clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams. Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, including timelines, tasks, communication, and completion
- Support clients and members by educating them on how Redirect Health works and how to navigate their benefits
- Collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams
- Improve onboarding efficiency, enrollment outcomes, and the overall new client experience
- Advocate for new clients and their employees by representing their needs and feedback across Redirect Health teams
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys project management, client communication, and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include:
- Running onboarding projects that are on-time, organized, and clear
- Communicating proactively and building trust with clients and brokers
- Consistently delivering smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing client success

- Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 per year

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should bring:
- Relevant experience in customer service, professional services and/or customer onboarding (+5 years)
- Experience in account management or client success (+2 years)
- Clear and empathetic communication skills (strong verbal and written communication skills)
- An ability to simplify complex problems (proven analytical and project management skills)
- A willingness to work well across teams and roles (friendly, self-motivated team player who thrives on supporting others)
- A passion for healthcare and client service, along with a self-starter mindset and results-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience, licensing, or certifications: Preferred (Health Insurance License preferred)
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; BA/B.Sc. preferred
