Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed
- Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations
- Persist with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed
Qualifications
- 1+ years in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or fintech/bank compliance operations
- Solid grasp of BSA/AML fundamentals: CIP, CDD, OFAC/sanctions, SAR/CTR basics
- Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure
- Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Compensation
