Onboarding Specialist
About the role
The Onboarding Specialist assists new and transferring employees in effectively and efficiently on-boarding into their roles. Responsibilities include orientation registration, badge creation and assignment, tracking progress, and communication with departments and candidates. Compliance with state and federal guidelines and regulations is ensured, along with appropriate documentation for employee records and meeting audit standards. Accesses are also established with collaboration from various departments.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years of Human Resources, Office, or Administrative Support experience
- A degree in a related field preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English with professional quality
- Proficiency in using computers, printers, and software programs necessary for the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Positive communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and collaboration with others
- Effective problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to distinguish colors, hear sufficiently for conversations, and see adequately for reading and document identification
