Inc Authority has been the corporate formation specialist for over twenty years, founded in 1989, having formed and represented over 70,000 Corporations and LLCs worldwide. They offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate business formation and strategy, tax planning, bookkeeping, estate and retirement planning, and are dedicated to providing the highest standard of customer service. The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new online buyers through launching and growing their business with Inc. Authority, providing expert consultation on long-term business solutions, and building strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and mutual growth. This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new online buyers to Inc. Authority, helping them launch and grow their businesses.
• Provide expert consulting on long-term business solutions, including legal packages and bundles.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to create opportunities for growth—both for them and your team!
• Analyze customer feedback to develop new techniques for ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales (phone sales preferred).

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average salary is around $60,000.
