Responsibilities
- Maintain and onboard traveler pipeline in accordance with Hillcrest Healthcare System standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with facility staffing teams to coordinate staffing and scheduling functions for Hillcrest Resource Team and contract labor to meet staffing goals
- Contribute data for individual and consolidated reporting, including staffing variances, vendor usage, and cost of staffing
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of staffing experience preferred
