ActionLink is looking for a people-loving Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless, engaging welcome experience for our newest hires across the country. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll guide remote and field-based employees through their first steps—providing virtual support, training, and everything they need to hit the ground running. Join a fast-moving marketing powerhouse partnering with top global brands, and play a key role in turning new hires into confident, connected team members!
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging remote onboarding experiences tailored to different teams and roles
- Guide new hires through completing electronic paperwork, including tax forms and required documents
- Host virtual sessions (via Microsoft Teams) to walk employees through account setup, logins, and key tools
- Be the go-to support for new hire questions—especially around remote work, tools, and communication platforms
- Partner with IT to make sure new hires are fully set up with the right equipment and access
- Offer ongoing support with virtual Q&A sessions and helpful resources
- Keep an eye on onboarding progress to ensure a smooth, successful start
- Maintain accurate and organized records across all onboarding systems
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience supporting HR processes and onboarding activities
- Comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems to manage new hire info and records
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a people-first approach
- Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion

- Access to a quiet home office space with high-speed internet connectivity
- Flexible scheduling availability to work some weekend hours - up to twice per month as needed/requested
- Physical Requirements: Mobile and able to sit for periods of time; Able to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office company issued equipment
Benefits
- $16.00 - $17.00 hourly pay range
- Monthly bonus potential as department KPIs are met
- Full Remote Work Environment
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Starting in June and running through December 31st, with potential of becoming a permanent member of our Team
